Murder on Iona
Author guest post from Neil R Storey.
Is murder by witchcraft or occult magic really possible?
A young woman is found naked and quite dead on a cross carved in the turf of the remote Hebridean island of Iona without a mark of violence on her body. An occultist drops dead at a hotel in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, a young heiress is found dead in her London hotel room after an encounter with a satanic magician and the decomposing body of a woman is found with burnt out candles and an occult text book by her side on Windsor Great Park. Is there really an occult connection between these and more deaths explored in this book?
Are there books that are so dangerous they can lead to the deaths of those reading them?
Can people be so terrified that they have had a curse put upon them that they die trying to purge themselves of it?
It is darkly fascinating and it is scary to imagine the what ifs are not only imagination…
This is Folk Horror but this is a true story.
