During that career he garnered 11 medals throughout his military career, including recognitions for service in Northern Ireland, Iraq, and Afghanistan, showcasing a history of excellence and commitment to duty. Recognised with the prestigious American Bronze Star by President Obama for exemplary service during operations in Afghanistan, highlighting exceptional dedication and contribution on the global stage.


 


Carl is a keen writer on Military Memoirs and World War Two fiction. This will be his first publishing non-fiction book. He is a loving husband to his wife Evelyn and a devoted father and grandfather.
