Daisy Plant’s first book, A History of Women’s Lives on the Isle of Wight, was published when she was just twenty-one years old. Since then she’s gone on to work with various publications and organisations, both as a writer and historian- usually with a focus on women’s history in particular. Bringing to light the stories of people that have been overlooked or forgotten is incredibly important to her- those typically found in the background of history who nonetheless left their mark on the world. When she isn’t researching and writing about the past, she also works as a voice-actor.
