Rachel Foster has a degree in American Studies from the University of Derby, and an MA in Print Journalism from the University of Westminster.
She has experience across several literary genres, with a background in travel writing and a love of Historical Literature. She derives inspiration from genealogy, landscapes and architecture.
She writes poetry, short stories and prose with themes of nature and the elements. This would be her first biography.
Her late parents had an interest in Edward and Mrs Simpson, both avid historians and recalls being fascinated as a child by the books at home. She feels a natural compelling pull to uncover what made Wallis Simpson and the scandal she found herself enmeshed in.
