A new translation of Bede's Biblical commentary on the Tobit and the Canticle of Habakkuk - which was sung in the monastic liturgy every Friday. This is the first time that both have been translated into English and made much more accessible. There is a useful introduction, notes and bibliography supplemented by an index of names and themes which allows easy cross-referencing.
