I.B. (Bunny) Iskov has been a pivotal figure in the poetry scene of Toronto and Ontario for decades. As the Founder of The Ontario Poetry Society, she has nurtured and promoted literary culture across the province. Bunny also served as the Poetry Editor for The Outreach Connection, a newspaper sold exclusively by the homeless and unemployed. Her contributions have earned her prestigious accolades, including the R.A.V.E. Award for her impact on Vaughan's cultural landscape and the Absolutely Fabulous Woman Award for her influence on the literary arts in the Golden Horseshoe.

This is a landmark collection of Bunny’s most significant poems, reflecting a life intertwined with the literary arts. John B. Lee notes, “Bunny has tirelessly championed the work of every poet living in the province… These poems, in celebration of poetry, bring it back to the center of culture.” Katherine L. Gordon adds, “The stories in I.B. Iskov’s book, told through poetry born of life experience, hold the oscillation of sorrow and joy. These poems will provoke a response in every reader, offering a collective sigh of empathy as every dark corner is lit and acknowledged.”
