This is a fantastic resource for anyone looking for tools, tips and guidance on how to support their own well-being or a book to suggest to
clients. It covers a vast array of modalities and techniques from yoga to crystals and meditation to EFT.

The book gives 365 ways to help ourselves [one for each day of the year with an extra one for leap years]. It is set out like a day by day diary which you can work through sequentially if you wish but it works equally well as an encyclopedia of ideas which you can dip into as and when you want. To be honest I found it hard to restrict myself to reading just one section per day, I had to read on and look at other days!

Life Guidance & Inspiration, Stephanie Harrison

Although it is not the end of the year, I did read ahead for all the 365 tips on living a better life. It is very New Age with a focus on holistic healing, mediation and yoga. I am not predisposed to this naturally although I need to do better to step back, slow down and get centered. I am going to use the tips here to help with that goal for the next year.

BBC Radio Essex

What a glorious book! Accessible. intelligent and well-informed, this book can help provide the means for change. With bite-sized daily actions or deliberations, it helps set the tone for positivity to be embraced. At its core is self-compassion and acceptance of 'now' knowing that 'now' can (and will) change. By showing compassion to ourselves we can learn to extend that compassion outwards and so make our worlds happier, more fulfilling places to live.

Eve Menezes Cunningham has written honestly, from her heart, recognising her personal journey and extending that wealth of experience for others who recognise their need to enhance or even entirely change their ways of being. It is spiritual in the broadest sense. There is no dogma or affiliation to any one way as 'right' but breathes our commonalities of connection as manifestations of this planet in every day language and in every word.

A delight to read and a truly positive journey to be undertaken by every reader.

A very optimistic book for our body, mind, soul this one!

NetGalley, reviewed by Anna Maria Polidori

This is an interesting little book, great for anyone new to self help. I read it all in one go to be able to review however I've made lots of bookmarks to go back and look more indepth at some of the weblinks, book recommendations and you tube videos recommended.

For me half of the book was all about things I knew having trained as a coach and therapist myself. However for a beginner |I think it would be excellent. The second half was all about breathing exercises and yoga poses. This is the bit I found most interesting as it's something I need more of in my life (currently I'm at 0% in doing anything). I didn't understand some of it but that's fine - the feeling I got after reading is that I should just sort myself out and find some yoga classes and learn.

And that's what these types of books are all about. Too much to cram in to be in depth but lots of little ways to kick start a new and better you. I really enjoyed it and would recommend you try it for yourself
