This fully illustrated volume looks at the classic jet fighter, the Hawker Hunter. The type's development, entry into service and operations are examined in detail.
For the Gamer/Modeler/Military Enthusiast this is a great little introductory book for the type- enough for some people- an amuse bouche just to get them more involved with other sources for others.
Martin Koenigsberg, Good Reads
The Gamer gets a lot of great information on the type in NATO and RAF service, if they are playing Team Yankee style what if WWIII scenarios- but also a taste of the type's service in proxy Cold war conflicts. The Modeler gets a great look at a ton of RAF , NATO and non-aligned colour schemes, as well as useful info to understand various models and ordnance carried.
The Military Enthusiast gets a nice little resource on this important Cold War type- one remembered so fondly by so many. It's a good read, and I learned a bit.
