This book should be used to question your relationship with your own self-destruct button. You know that you have it. Logic could not possibly adequately explain all of your perceived shortcomings or quirks. It's ok, you're not alone! If you have ever questioned the sanity of your family, your life or yourself, this book will help you to reach more peace with this.

We all have a self-destruct button. It can cause us to think or do seemingly insane things. Thinking about doing insane things is normal. This book explains why. If you have lost loved ones, seen long relationships end, ran out of money, or feel that there is nothing left to strive for, you will be feeling this more than most.

Everybody has a breaking point. This book is a warning of the early danger signs that can lead you to self-destructive thoughts and actions. It is not what you think that's a problem, only how you respond. This lunacy left unmanaged will lead almost everyone to thoughts of anger, revenge, desolation, suicide and death.

Fortunately, with a bit of awareness of how this happens, it is also possible to use your lowest moments as positive change agents that can harness your frustration with life and change it in a positive way. Understanding your self-destruct button works will set you free. But first, it will annoy you! This book will help you to facilitate this journey.

This book by Adam Shaw was an interesting read, it covered topics such as luck, motivation and energy. I really liked the suggestion the author made to visualize a lake with a large magnet taking any negative energy away from you. Then you can replace any gaps you are left with white energy from a ball of light.

Really Missing Sleep

This instructions for reading this book suggest that you can read it from end to end, or use it as you need it by flicking open a page at random. I have been doing the latter over several weeks. The paragraphs are short and this makes it an ideal quick daily read and it is often uncanny, almost oracle like, that I always seem to flick open a page that is ready to help with my current state of mind.

Amazon Customer, Jayne

There is a huge focus on mental health and well-being right now, whilst we are in the middle of the pandemic. Adam Shaw's book will be of some help to certain people, and is a welcome addition to the literature on people's mental health problems.
