About Paul White

PAUL ‘ROSCOE’ WHITE served 21 years in the Air Force, working as an F-15 crew chief and an F-15E Strike Eagle Weapons Systems Officer (WSO). He has logged over 1500 flight hours in both the F-15E Strike Eagle and the F-16 Viper.

Paul served as an Instructor, Evaluator, and Mission Commander in both the F-15E and F-16. He flew combat missions supporting multiple operations worldwide, including Tier 1 missions, counterinsurgency, drug interdiction, and counter-air and land operations.

His awards include the Bronze Star Medal, four Air Medals, three Meritorious Service Medals, and Air Force and Army Commendation Medals.

He was the first WSO to become an F-35 instructor in the Air Force, training the next generations of Air Force F-35 fighter pilots.

Paul is the author of the Amazon best-selling book, NO NEW LESSONS. He lives near Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife.
